About The Role

• To assist the Head Chef with planning, organising, preparing, presenting, and serving high‑quality, nutritious meals for residents and visitors.
• Ensure all food is produced to our high standards and the correct quantities are delivered to relevant service points at the right time.
• Maintain high cleanliness throughout the kitchen and ensure all of Brunelcare’s Health and Safety procedures are implemented.
• If required, you may be asked to step in for the Head Chef if they are absent and carry out their responsibilities.
