**Job Description**

This role prepares, portions, and cooks a variety of food items accurately and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen setting. You will follow recipes and product directions, support a la carte service and grill operations, and help ensure that all food meets quality, safety, and presentation standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Accurately prepare, portion, and cook a wide range of food items according to established standards.
+ Read, interpret, and follow basic recipes and product directions to ensure consistency and quality.
+ Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station, providing friendly and efficient service.
+ Operate and maintain a grill station, including cooking to order and managing multiple tickets at once.
+ Assist with all aspects of food production, including prep work, cooking, plating, and replenishment.
