Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a temporary Cook within the restaurant of a department store.

You will be responsible for preparing and producing à la carte dishes, with plated service, respecting recipes, quality standards and hygiene regulations.

• Ensure the mise en place and preparation of various dishes.
• Master cooking techniques and plate presentation.
• Guarantee a neat and consistent presentation of preparations.
• Actively participate in the smooth running of the service.
• Work efficiently in collaboration with the entire brigade.
• Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
• Continuous hours from Monday to Friday
