**Shift:** Rotating shift with every other weekend commitment

**Location:** Nazareth Hospital, Philadelphia, PA

**Position Purpose:**

The **Cook** supervises the hot food production and other areas for the hospital's Dietary Department.

**As a “Cook” you will:**

+ Ensure meal service demands are met and customer approval ratings are high.
+ Participate in creating menus, purchasing foods, controlling food costs and maintaining a sanitary work environment.
+ Demonstrate leadership skills.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ HS diploma or equivalent, formal training in food preparation preferred
+ 3-5 years experience
+ Proven culinary skills.
+ Some training in food preparation.
