**Job Summary and Qualifications**
Produces high quality foods consistently to the assigned menu in accordance to all food safety standards.
**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Produces food in accordance with the menu in sufficient quantity and quality.
+ Adheres to standardized recipes.
+ Requisitions food items according to established procedures.
+ Check recipes & ingredient control issue on a daily basis.
+ Adheres to designated time schedules for the patient tray line, cafe, dr, & special function.
+ Recommends appropriate changes in recipes & forecasts.
+ Checks menus for all production areas daily and prepares items according to the forecast in batches to retain the quality at a...
