Cook - Parkview Hotel and Jak Hospitality

Parkview Hotel and Jak Hospitality are seeking expression of interest from qualified and experienced Cooks (multiple) for Parkview Hotel (Orange), Millthorpe Hotel (Central West), Parrot Distilling Co (Orange) locations.

You must possess either a min of Certificate IV in Cookery or have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Cook. Salary range offered is $80,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation dependent on your skills, experience, and uniqueness you will bring to the business. An ideal candidate should be professionally qualified and/or experienced in a busy environment and can work under pressure. These positions are open to Australian professionals as well as overseas professionals.

Reporting to the Chef, key duties for this position are as follows:

• Food preparation and dish creations as per the menu

• Prepare diet specific food items and customised orders

• Ensure food presentation and plating meets quality benchmarks
