Hotel Mosman is seeking a qualified and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

Hotel Mosman is a busy hospitality venue located in Mosman, NSW, offering a broad bistro-style menu including steaks, schnitzels, burgers, seafood dishes, salads and other traditional Australian pub meals.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare, season and cook a variety of food items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
2. Assist with planning and preparation of menu items for lunch and dinner service.
3. Ensure food quality, consistency and portion control standards are maintained.
