Our client is seeking a Cook to join their restaurant located in Mascot, New South Wales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·Preparing a variety of dishes to the highest standard using fresh, high-quality ingredients

·Ensuring consistency in the presentation and quality of all menu items

·Prepare sushi, sashimi, and rolls—including specialty half-rolls and bowls—with precision and attention to presentation quality.

·Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new and creative menu offerings
