Role Summary

Managing a small team of 5 GAs and cooking primary meals for around 250 pupils.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a kitchen team of 5 apprentices.
• Prepare primary meals for approximately 250 pupils using fresh seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure smooth running of the kitchen service and adherence to health and safety, child‑safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with onsite clients and coordinate with school staff.
• Maintain kitchen inventory, quality control, and kitchen hygiene.
