**Job Description**

This role prepares, cooks, and presents a variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special or catered events. The cook accurately follows recipes and instructions, prepares made-to-order dishes, and ensures every plate meets quality, safety, and presentation standards while delivering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**

+ Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special or catered events.
+ Prepare and cook foods to order that may require short preparation times, similar to a short-order cook.
+ Prepare food and serve customers at an à la carte station and operate a grill station as needed.
