Do you want to make a difference? If so, an opportunity has arisen for you to join our team as a Cook at Ilkeston Community Hospital working 28 hrs over a 7 day Rota. You will be responsible for the provision of the patient meal service, carried out by undertaking approved processes and procedures, to ensure the quality and temperature of meals at service are safe and appropriate and within the guidelines of Food Hygiene Legislation. You will be expected to maintain the required hygiene standards and safe systems of work. Part of your role will also be to provide assistance and information, as required, in respect of patient meals and menus and to provide a point of contact between the catering provision and the wards to identify any issues or specific dietary requirements.
