Cook

We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to the menu and work alongside the catering assistant at Trust Housing in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire on a permanent part‑time contract of 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Menu planning, ordering, and preparing ingredients.
• Work alongside the catering assistant.
• Keep the kitchen organised and running efficiently.
• Follow food handling, sanitation and storage procedures.

Qualifications

• Have experience as a skilled Cook.
• Ability to move around the kitchen and multi‑task.
• Good knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques.

Benefits

• 24 hours average per week on a 2‑week rolling rota (9.30am‑6.30pm, 1‑hour unpaid break).
