Cook/Food Service Worker

Summary This position is located in the NSA Naples Business Activities Division, Bowling Center, NSA Naples Support Site, Gricignano, Italy. The purpose of this position is to provide counter service, food preparation and serving, beverage and barista service. Employee will assist and receive training and experience in cooking short order items, pizza, and catering functions/special events. Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of food preparations and limited cooking tasks in a club and/or snack bar environment. Assists higher level food service worker or cook to perform a variety of tasks such as grilling/frying pancakes, hamburgers, hotdogs, bacon, eggs, sausage by watching while the items are cooking, turning as required, regulating temperature and removing when done to specified temperature.
