A full-time Cook position is now available at a busy Roadhouse in Clare.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast and takeaway meals according to menu requirements.
2. Preparing ingredients including chopping vegetables, marinating meat, portioning food, and preparing sauces and side dishes.
3. Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment.
4. Ensuring all food is prepared and presented according to food safety and quality standards.
5. Monitoring cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistency and avoid wastage.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, benches, utensils, cooking equipment, cool rooms, and storage areas.
