Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary.
- Must be proficient in Lexis Convey .
- Extensive experience with:
- Conventional Transfers
- Sectional Title Transfers
- Bond Registrations
- Exceptional attention to detail when drafting conveyancing documents.
- Honest, trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Well spoken with excellent communication skills when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Professional, neat and able to work well under pressure.
- Available to commence employment as soon as possible.
