Responsibilities

• Provide vital support to fee earners within the Residential Conveyancing team.
• Assist with a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including handling client enquiries, providing updates, and taking instructions.
• Progress transactions under supervision and prepare correspondence, forms, and documents in line with instructions.
• Coordinate the exchange of contracts.
• Prepare financial statements, submit SDLT forms, ...
