About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Conveyancer to manage a range of complex residential conveyancing cases with minimal supervision. You will work closely with a Paralegal and the wider team to progress transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Managing re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Overseeing new build purchases and shared ownership transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
• Undertaking specialist or technical research as required
• Demonstrating effective delegation of administrative tasks to Paralegals and Legal Assistants
