Salary negotiable depending on experienceA well-established law firm is seeking a Junior Conveyancer & Notary to join their Conveyancing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of conveyancing matters from instruction through to registration, while maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Minimum requirements:
LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary
Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary
5 years' post-admission experience advantageous
Registered with the Legal Practice Council
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
Experience handling property transfers, bond registrations and bond cancellations
Experience with deceased estate transfer...
