The Role:
Manage a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload
Work within a structured team with administrative and onboarding support
Use modern case management systems to streamline processesWhat's on Offer:
Hybrid working (typically 2-3 days from home)
Strong salary + achievable bonus structure
Clear progression pathways
High levels of support (post-completions, admin teams)Ideal Candidate:
Licensed Conveyancer / Solicitor / Legal Executive or experienced fee earner
Comfortable handling volume work
Strong organisation and communication skills
