Conveyancer

I'm currently supporting a well established Law firm in Basingstoke who is recruiting for an experience Conveyancer to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work for a friendly, supportive and fast paced Conveyancing team, offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits - including hybrid working.

Day to day duties will include -

* To take instructions from clients in all domestic conveyancing transactions.

* To assist other members of the team with workloads and with file opening.

* To work alongside the Legal Secretary team to manage all due diligence and supporting paperwork.

* To comply with all CQS requirements

* Utilising the case management system (LEAP) and time recording as required

* To monitor and develop with the Department Head the systems connected with the Property Department

* To work to establish and maintain strong relationships with local estate agency’s and/or mortgage brokers
