Conversion Team Lead

RINA is currently recruiting for a Conversion Team Lead to join its office in Helsinki within the Marine Design & Engineering Division.
Mission
The role oversees a multidisciplinary team of conversion engineers, managing complex cruise ship conversion projects with responsibility for technical leadership, project delivery, quality, and client engagement from concept to completion.
Key Accountabilities
Act as Project Manager for large and technically challenging cruise ship conversion projects, with full responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery.
Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 conversion engineering experts, when needed, ensuring effective coordination, mentoring, and delivery of project objectives.
Participate in demanding ship design projects, primarily related to cruise ship conversions, in close cooperation with the Project Department.
