My client is looking for a brand-new Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst that has a passion for data-driven software optimization to join their well-established Digital Marketing team. They are offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000, offering a hybrid model of working. They are a household name within British Heritage fashion, based in the heart of London.

You will work to increase conversion rates and improve user experiences, playing a significant role within an expanding team shaping, developing, and implementing a long-term CRO strategy and roadmap. You will coordinate campaigns from ideation through to completion, whilst investigating issues arising in the sales journey and website behaviour trends to produce analysis on trading changes.
