Under the direction of the Assistant Director for Conversions within the Public Housing Tenancy Operations department (“PHTO”), the Conversion Coordinator will manage PHTO activities for assigned developments where tenants will be converting from Public Housing to Project-Based Section 8 as part of Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) or Preservation Trust (Trust) programs.
