Controls Technician

Job Title: Controls Technician
Key Responsibilities

+ Install, commission, and service new and existing packaging equipment at customer sites

+ Troubleshoot and support PLC-based control systems (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, Codesys, SCL)

+ Diagnose and resolve electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to restore machine performance

+ Perform equipment audits to assess performance, reliability, and compliance

+ Modify and update control software and firmware for upgrades and custom applications

+ Maintain accurate service documentation and machine configurations

+ Provide on-site customer support and technical guidance

+ Train customers and operators on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety

+ Lead or coordinate field activities when assigned, collaborating with internal teams and customer personnel
