Job Description

Essential Functions:

Perform hands-on programming/debugging/troubleshooting of numerous types of automation equipment. Assist Maintenance/Production team members as a resource for troubleshooting equipment.

Provide consultation, analysis, evaluation and review of problems regarding automation, advanced methods and equipment. Assists in the development of new products or processes and systems. Contributes to research and development projects to meet future demands when necessary.

Monitor process performance in order to identify areas for improvement, coordinating corrective actions as necessary. Ensure that process standards correspond to the plant’s objectives, costs and supply in order to meet the needs of the customer. Initiate studies and actions to improve the efficiency of the plant.
