Serve as the technical backbone for manufacturing cells, translating complex operational requirements into automation solutions that drive efficiency, quality, and safety.
Establish and maintain the equipment control standards, ensuring consistency across all automation platforms.
Responsibilities Hardware selection, programming architecture development, robot sequence optimization, commissioning processes, and thorough system validation. Ensure operational safety through comprehensive auditing, proper installation practices, and detailed safety assessments that protect both personnel and equipment. Master multiple PLC platforms (B&R Automation Studio, Beckhoff Twin CAT, and Siemens TIA Portal), developing control logic in both structured text and ladder logic.
