Controls Design Engineer (Isla Guadalupe)

We are seeking dedicated Mechatronics or Controls Engineers to join our team and play a key role in the design and implementation of powerful material handling automation systems. This position offers the opportunity to work independently with minimal mentorship across a wide range of responsibilities, including hardware and software design, technical documentation such as calculations, design specifications, and test plans, and leadership of internal and customer‑facing technical reviews. You will also mentor junior engineers, contribute to the successful execution of multiple medium‑to‑large projects (typically up to 3,500 controls engineering hours), and collaborate with multi‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.
