Job Description:



**Job Scope**



+ **Lead forecast and budget processes** with Plant Controller

+ Analyze **actuals, forecasts, and budgets** ( _plant & non-plant_ )

+ Provide **financial analysis** and **decision support** for _manufacturing, procurement, and logistics_

+ Drive **operational cost improvements** ( _materials, labor, overhead_ )

+ Support regional strategy: _footprint changes, capacity, automation, capital investments_

+ **Partner with supply chain** to reduce freight costs and inventory

+ Assist in **monthly plant reviews** as Plant Controller's deputy if needed

+ Conduct **productivity and margin analysis...
