Main purpose of the position:We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented Team Lead to head our growing Controlling team in Gdańsk. The team plays a key role in supporting our Danish finance organization and works closely with stakeholders across countries. As Team Lead, you will combine strong financial expertise with leadership, coaching, and day-to-day coordination of the team.

The role is central to our finance set-up and offers the opportunity to help shape a best-practice controller organization in an international environment.
