+ Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of value realization initiatives.
+ Quantify potential benefits and ROI for proposed projects.

**Project Support and Execution**

+ Provide analytical support to project teams, ensuring alignment with value realization goals.
+ Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
+ Value Tracking and Reporting.
+ Implement and maintain value tracking mechanisms for controlling initiatives.
+ Prepare regular reports on value realization progress for senior management.
+ Conduct post-implementation reviews to validate realized benefits.
