We are looking for a Controlling Analyst BA EMEA to join our team in Portugal, for a replacement period of, approximately, 2 years.
As Controller Analyst you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end Actuals, Forecast, and Budget processes for all BA EMEA HQ cost centers.
Your Key Responsibilities
Controlling of the Primary Costs of HQ cost centers for BA EMEA for the complete process of Actual, FC and Budget;
Operative Headcount controlling for HQ functions of BA EMEA for the complete process;
Drive the development and enhancement of the Power BI – based Cost Center Reporting Tool to support cost center owners with comprehensive cost and headcount tracking.
Ensure correct monthly Headcount reporting for entire BA EMEA HQ Function to Accounting;
Management and documentation of the BA - wide role concept for all HQ functions;
