Key Responsibilities
Managing the Global T&E program in over 70+ countries. ($0.5B spend, 80k cards & 100k users)
Portfolio ownership of Global Expense System (Concur) and Corporate card program
Responsible for deploying and administering the standard T&E suite of services (common tools, process and platforms across HON)
Manage the global T&E Operations, VAT reclaim, regional stat requirements, system design and controls
Demonstrate thoughtful leadership through balanced decisions. Set clear objectives, metrics, and practical action plans that drive business results.
Communicate and drive a clear vision and strategy for achieving business results.
Identify and drive cost optimization, productivity, standardization and transformation initiatives.
