Controller/Finance Manager

This position is responsible for managing all financial reporting activities for the Plant, including, Monthly/Quarterly/Annual results, cost estimates, forecasting, and profit planning for the plant.This position currently manages direct reports that coordinates Finance accountants.This group is responsible for accounts payable, receivable, general accounting and tax.Finance Manager is responsible of ensure internal controls across the business and the accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations.
**Qualifications and responsibilities**- Bachelor ́s degree in finance and professional accounting qualification preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in Multi-National companies- A solid understanding and experience of IFRS.
- Strong personality (will be on his own in MX plant), someone that can work independently with general guidance.
