Description
Growing construction company with multiple related entities, is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations, strengthen financial reporting, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will oversee the monthly close process, multi-entity accounting, construction and real estate reporting, cash management, and compliance, while partnering closely with executive leadership, project teams, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close process across multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

+ Oversee the general ledger, account reconciliations, and review of accounting activity to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal controls.

+ Prepare, review, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for leadership.
