We are partnering with a respected organization in the education industry, seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations, accounting systems, and customer account services. This individual will manage a multi-functional team, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen internal controls, and provide strategic financial support to executive leadership. This is an onsite position located near in the Twin Cities.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

+ Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and account services staff while fostering a professional, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

+ Promote cross-functional communication and teamwork across departments.

+ Drive performance through coaching, delegation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Oversee employee performance management, recognition, hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
