Non-Negotiable Requirements (Must-Have) Education & Professional Background

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• Minimum
  10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• At least 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  (Controller, Director, VP, or equivalent)
• CPA license strongly preferred; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
