Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations for a non-profit organization in Palm Desert. This is a fully onsite opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who brings strong technical expertise, team leadership experience, and a solid understanding of nonprofit financial management.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close
+ Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and internal management reports
+ Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
