Description
We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee the full scope of accounting and financial management for our client's growing financial services organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position is suited for a hands-on leader who can maintain accurate financial records, guide planning activities, and provide meaningful analysis that supports business decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to improve processes while maintaining compliance and control.


Responsibilities:

• Direct daily accounting activities across the general ledger, period-end close, and preparation of financial statements.

• Maintain accurate books and records in QuickBooks while producing dependable reports for leadership on a regular schedule.

• Build and manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including analysis of financial results against plan and explanation of key variances....
