Controller, Kansas City Assembly Plant

**In this position...**

You will be the finance lead at the Kansas City Assembly Plant, home to the Transit and F-150 trucks.

You will oversee all aspects of the plant finance operation, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining a robust internal control environment. You will be, in effect, the plant CFO.

**What you'll do...**

+ Finance lead for controlling assembly plant labor and overhead budget, and hourly and salary headcount
+ Finance representative on plant Operating Committee (OCM)
+ Prepare and report plant operating cost performance to OCM on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
+ Responsible for the plant’s month-end close and monthly forecast submission
+ Ensure robust and accurate financial analyses to support manufacturing-related decisions
+ Develop and track the plant’s efficiency roadmap
+ Drive team to achieve competitive costs in all areas of the business
