Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations for the Club and Homeowners Association divisions in Heber City, Utah. This role is ideal for a finance specialist who brings strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to support business leaders with accurate, timely financial insight. The position plays a key part in maintaining dependable reporting, strengthening financial processes, and contributing to a collaborative, service-focused organization.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior finance leadership to provide accounting guidance and financial oversight for the Club and Homeowners Association entities.
• Produce timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including general ledger review, reconciliations, and formal reporting.
