Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Controller to support accounting operations in New Jersey. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can manage financial records, maintain organized documentation, and ensure day-to-day accounting activities are completed accurately. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and process documentation while working effectively within NetSuite.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee core accounting activities, including preparing and reviewing journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform bank account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure balances are complete and correct.
• Organize, scan, and maintain financial and operational documents so records are accessible, current, and audit-ready.
