Description
We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our rural healthcare organization, with a preference for candidates willing to relocate to Grants, New Mexico, though a hybrid arrangement may be considered. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting support, compliance, and internal controls while serving as the primary financial lead for MultiView and Paylocity. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least three years in healthcare, and strong financial reporting and analytical skills. Experience in a hospital, Critical Access Hospital, rural healthcare environment, or public accounting with hospital audit and cost report exposure is highly preferred.
