Our client is a food manufacturing company that operates 3 plants and 2 distribution centres. The Controller will manage financial operations and partner with plant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key finance business partner to plant leadership, supporting a multi‑site manufacturing operation.
• 50% Financial Reporting & Analysis: month‑end close, financial reporting, EBITDA bridge analysis, margin analysis, variance analysis, financial statement review and presentations.
• 50% Operations Support & Business Partnering: partner closely with Plant Managers and Operations leaders; provide operational finance support and insights; translate financial results into actionable business recommendations; present results to senior leadership, including CEO and CFO; act as the right hand to the Plant Manager on financial and operational matters.
