Robert Half has partnered with a construction company in Englewood in search of a Controller! The Controller position is paying $120,000-$160,000 + bonus!
The Controller will be responsible for the following:
+ Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
+ Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
+ Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping.
+ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end close.
+ Track and allocate costs to individual jobs/projects.
+ Monitor budgets vs. actuals for each job.
+ Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking.
+ Prepare monthly WIP schedules.
+ Analyze project performance and revenue recognition using percentage-of-completion method.
+ Ensure accurate WIP reporting in coordination with project timelines and financials.
+ Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.<...
