• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, manufacturing required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage month-end close procedures with efficiency and accuracy.

• Solid understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration across teams.
