We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations for an organization in Birmingham. This position is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who can guide a growing team while staying closely involved in the daily accounting cycle. • Direct the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Monitor cash flow performance and help leadership plan for funding needs, working capital, and financial priorities.
