About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join our team across CBD locations.


This role is suited to professionals who thrive in a fast-paced control room environment and can confidently manage multiple systems and incidents.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control systems, and intercoms
Respond to alarms and incidents in line with established procedures
Dispatch security officers and liaise with emergency services when required
Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and shift handover notes
Control site access, issue passes, and monitor entries/exits (where applicable)
Communicate professionally with staff, contractors, and visitors
Identify, escalate, and report risks or suspicious activity
Support on-site security officers and management
