Control Engineer

YOUR ROLEThe Control Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving all automation and control systems used across production processes at the Mexico Plant.
The role ensures stable machine performance, robust error‐proofing, reliable data acquisition, and seamless integration of equipment into manufacturing and traceability systems.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, and optimize PLC, HMI, and automation programs to ensure stable, repeatable, and efficient equipment performance.
This includes enhancing control logic to improve cycle times, OEE, process reliability, and compliance with safety and automotive standards.
The role ensures that automation solutions are robust, well‐documented, and technically aligned with IAS engineering guidelines.Support the commissioning of new equipment and contributes to all controls‐related aspects of industrialization.
