Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle propulsion systems
• Expertise in control strategy development for VCU (Torque, Energy, Thermal Management) across drive modes
• Experience in modelling, simulation, tuning, integration, and vehicle-level testing
• Proficient in Model-Based Development using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow and Embedded Coder
• Hands-on experience in optimizing control software for performance, efficiency, range, ...
