The Control Room manages the Distribution Network for 1.5 million customers across the SPM licence for Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales. It is responsible for both Planned and Fault work and delivering excellent Customer Service.

The role of Control Engineer is shift based, located in Prenton and sits within Customer Service – reporting to the Senior Control Engineer.
